ith over 50 riverfront acres in the heart of the Redwoods National Park, 3000 feet of river frontage, and a sunny location that is just beyond the prevailing fog line, Klamath’s Camper Corral is the ideal base camp from which to experience and explore the many exciting features of Northern California’s scenic Wild Rivers Coast. The legendary Tour-Through Tree, visible from our campground, is only steps away. The famed “Tall Tree”, known for years as the tallest tree in the world, is located about 20 miles to the south, while the world-famous Trees of Mystery Gondola is just 4 miles to the north. We also highly recommend the Klamath Jet Boat Tours, a wonderful and exciting experience you will always remember.
Tour-Through Tree An extraordinary selection of beautiful walks, hikes, and drives are in our immediate vicinity, including the stunning Fern Canyon walk. With so much to see and do in the campground, on the river, at the beach, and in the Redwood National Forest, we hope that you’ll allow plenty of time for your visit. An often-heard phrase here at the Camper Corral is “We wish we could have stayed longer!” Camper Corral boasts over 25 grassy and tree studded acres of camping, plus an additional 25 acres of woods and trails to explore. Klamath Jet Boat Tours
Our convenience store provides all your camping needs with groceries, RV supplies, gifts, bait and tackle. Our recreation hall has a fireplace, pool tables, arcade area, card tables, ping-pong and planned activities including Bingo and Exercise. Or, just relax and enjoy our heated swimming pool. We also have a nightly campfire where everyone gathers for a good time! There are nature trails through the trees to the river and lots of room to ride your bicycles. Our large playground offers hours of fun for the little ones. 50 beautiful acres make it the perfect vacation spot for the entire family or for just a single person wanting to get away! During the summer and fall, our resident fishing guides will provide you with the fishing trip of your dreams.
